I need a new plan to keep my stress levels in check. I think my cortisol levels are out of control and I'm dealing with stress in all the wrong ways and that's making matters worse. I'm not going to schedule anything for myself this weekend, I've decided. Not socially anyway. I have too much to do. I am going to spend time at the gym, I'm going to deep-clean my room which has been driving me crazy, and I'm going to purge all the crap that I simply do not need. I have errands to take care of, emails to go through, tasks that I've been putting off. I'm going to get myself completely organized and caught up, and I may need a few gym classes and a bottle of wine to pull it off (more if "drink less" wasn't on my list).
So... here's my list
Clean out emails... (OMGSDKFJ)
Organize documents found in email attachments (OMGAKJSDKFJSD!!!!)
Apply for a better paying job
Save $3,000. at least.
Lose 30 pounds.
